At Bref, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bref account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
